Copenhagen 17/9 2017. 33 cl bottle purchased at Refsvindinge Brewery. Stylized very long-horned goats on label. It seems that "HP" stands for "High Priority".
Pours clear amber with big white head. Settles as a thin almost transparent layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma has a sweet malt base but with sour citric notes and a slightly metallic odor from the alcohol.
Light carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by prominent sour bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and boozy.
Decent bock with a healthy bite.
