Copenhagen 5/6 2017. 33 cl bottle picked up by mistake to be honest at Refsvindinge Brewery. Beer drinking Bear on the label. With an ABV of 2,5 I imagine he will have to drink a couple of hundreds of these in order to get just a little buzz.
Pours clear pale yellow with bubbly white head. Head disappears fairly fast leaving bubbly urine sample.
Aroma is malty with a healthy amount of grains and cereal. Quite distinct sour lemon/citrus notes.
Low carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is surprisingly enough not as sweet as expected form the nose. Medium sweetness followed by sharp lemon sourness. Sour aftertaste - fairly short.
What I like best about this beer is the label. Too thin and weirdly sour. But to be fair I am just not a big fan of White Beer. I would happily donate this one to the Christmas Elfs.
