Copenhagen 22/4 2017. 33 cl bottle from Refsvindinge Brewery. Label looks like a Discount pilsner - very green and with a drawing of the Brewery.
Pours clear yellow with bubbly white head. Head disappears after a minute leaving what looks like a slightly fizzy urine sample.
Aroma is quite metallic with hints of sweet malts, marzipan and caramel.
Soft carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by medium bitterness. Aftertaste is short and bitter.
Pretty "Run of the Mill" - but it gets points for not being sweet - like many other pretty cheap beers.
