Copenhagen 3/3 2018. 50 cl bottle from Føtex. Another feature in Refsvindinges AZ Ale No. series. This time no. 4 which seems to be an Easter beer. Usual design just in Yellow.
Pours slightly hay orange with a big white head. Settles as a thin almost transparent layer of foam with lacing crawling up the side of the glass.
Aroma is rather sweet. Caramel, lightly roasted, butterscotch and light notes with a mild bitterness.
Light carbonation and slightly thick, soft texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and fruity. Lingering.
Nice not too sweet take on an Easter Seasonal from Refsvindinge.
