Copenhagen 6/7 2017. 33 cl bottle purchased at Refsvindinge Brewery. Flower on the label. I suppose it is from the Buckwheat plant but it looks more like an Orchid. I can understand that this beer originally was brewed to celebrate a Royal Wedding back in 2004.
Pours clear golden yellow with big white head. Settles slowly as very thin fine layer of foam. No Lacing.
Aroma is buckwheat giving me sweet recollection of making Buckwheat porridge for my little daughter, nutmeg, salty freshness and hints of butter.
Soft carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by medium bitterness. Aftertaste is weird, sweetish and influenced by Buckwheat.
"Interesting" seems to the right word for this beer.

With buckwheat.
Bright orange color, quite beautiful. Onefinger of a quckly falling foam.
Very light smell of malt, something floral, maybe camomile.
Malty in the taste, too. Light, delicate. Maybe a bt too delicate. Same notes of the smell, camomile, a hint of tea.
Light body.
Light and delicate aftertaste.
Good drinkability, but maybe a bit too light.
