Copenhagen 9/4 2024. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Nordens Plads, Frb. F. Green label with two big hop flowers in a lighter shade of green.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden yellow with a huge white head. Settles as thin, uneven, lumpy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer, Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a mild sweet and fruity odor mingling with a sharp and rough citric scent. Dry vibe. Sweet pale malts. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
I do not know why the call it a DIPA. But decent, bitter brew.
