Copenhagen 10/4 2017. 33 cl bottle bought at the Brewery. Very green label with white print. Logo of the brewery garnered by corn ears.
Pours yellow with small white head. Disappears fairly fast leaving a thin rim of foam at the side of the glass.
Aroma is sweet and malty. Sweet cereal, cardboard and sweet fruitiness. Kind of overwhelming.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is very sweet malt. A bit cloying. Followed by very light bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and sort of chemical.
They might have put Spelt into this sweet mess - but that does not make it much more pleasant to drink.
