Copenhagen 11/4 2017. 33 cl bottle bought at Refsvindinge Brewery. White silhouette of Spider on dark green label. The White Widow I presume. Quite stylish.
Pours almost clear golden yellow with white bubbly head. Head disappears quite quickly leaving what looks like an urine sample from a not quite healthy specimen.
Aroma is like lemonade. Sweet and candy-like with strong citrus notes. Tart - almost acidic.
Soft carbonation medium thick palate.
Flavor is quite sweet and sugary followed by medium tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour and sweet at the same time.
A little too sweet - but a nice summer beer.
