Copenhagen 29/4 2017. 33 cl bottle bought at Refsvindinge Brewery. A yellow Cod on the label accompanied by Spanish glossary.
Pours clear light amber with white head. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam. No lacing.
Aroma is grainy with some sharp sour notes of citrus, licorice and some alcohol odors.
Soft carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a more pronounced sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter licorice. Lingering.
Not much to do with the Fish - but overall decent.
