Copenhagen 3/12 2017. 33 cl bottle purchased at the Brewery. Cute Rabbit sitting in a luxuriant field on the label. Pours dark brown with a small white head. Disappears after a minute leaving behind only lonely bubbles.
Aroma is sweet and lightly roasted. Roasted dark malts, caramel and milk chocolate. Actually it Reminds me of Nutella.
Low carbonation and watery palate. Flavor is strongly sweet but not cloying. Not much bitterness around. Aftertaste is sweet but fades quickly.
Quite unbalanced on the sweet side - but with the right Food it will probably work.
