Copenhagen 22/12 2017. 33 cl from Refsvindinge Brewery. Confusing label with painting of what I assume is the brewer wife. I can discern a pair of red lips and what looks like her skirt.
Pours clear yellow with a bubbly white head. Disappears after a minute leaving what looks like a urine sample behind. No lacing.
Aroma is herbal. Dominated by ginger and citrus.
Low carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is medium sweet balanced by light herbal sourness. Aftertaste is ginger, toothpaste and citrus.
Requires that you have a thing for ginger. But the fact tat you purchased this beer should ensure that.
