Yet another Elk Head beer corrupted by unsanitary brewing and/or serving techniques. This is becoming a very sorry trend. Mowich (pronounced MAO-itch) is unfiltered but comes in a Budweiser yellow. It smells and tastes like an old sponge. In fact, itÂ’s hard to drink without keeping a pretzel on standby to erase the aftertaste that lays upon the tongue like a blanket retrieved from a musty attic. A beer of constant sorrow.
