This refreshing ale is as light as a summer’s day with 45% British wheat. It is lightly hopped with Cascade hops and is our best selling ale.

Downtown Joe's Lazy Summer American Wheat...on tap at their pub

Appearance- pure gold with a large white head, head mostly disappears but some of it does linger

Smell-mild grain/wheat aroma, little bit of alcohol too but fairly sterile

Taste/Mouthfeel-light mouthfeel, small flurry of wheat and grain mixed with alcohol, as soon as you taste it thought it's gone, very mild notes throughout, finishes extremely clean

Drinkability-no major flaws, light enough to drink many
Overall - apparently this is their best seller, it makes sense, it's very light and inoffensive, not too much flavor, that said I'm sure it makes for a good lawnmower beer on a hot day.

This an ok wheat ale, pretty standard, a bit bland and very simple, but still tasty with a light character that holds up well alone or with food.

It's golden with a small white head shrinking to wispy ring and leaving a hint of lace.

The aroma is mellow grain with hints of cracker and citrus.

The taste is mellow grain, hints of citrus and cracker, both coming through especially in the finish and aftertaste. It is indeed very light in character, etc., but pleasant. and it all holds up well
