A Maibock named Mee Bock after head brewer, Ken Mee.
Appears a semi-transparent copper with a small, white head that quickly fades into a mild cap. Scattered speckles of lacing are left around the glass.
Smell - notes of toffee, sourdough, flowers, and light spice.
Taste is of the mentioned aromas with tasty flavors of caramel, toffee, sourdough, and melanoiden.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, crisp, malty, flowery, with a light bitterness standing out.
