Thin dark tan head leaving very little lace on the glass. Dark mahogany brown in color. Strong coffee aromas which come through on the tasting. There is very little sense of cream or sugar making this a very dry stout.
This beer was not nitrogen conditioned like typical Irish stouts; still it was full bodied at flavorful. Not top of the line, but still pleasing.
