Ordered this on-tap at the Wynkoop Brewery in downtown Denver. Light yellow in color. A little fizz on the head, although the carbonation was actually very light. Malt aromas and tastes dominate - almost no trace of hops, which made the beer seem a little unbalanced. Made for nice sipping, although overall the flavors could be much stronger.

I went for the St. Charles to start the night, but my girlfriend ordered this before switching to their rootbeer.
Nice appearance for a light beer, reddish-gold topped with a one finger white head, left a sheet of lacing down the glass.
Grainy, husky, grass and corn aroma.
Similar in the taste, mainly grain, with corn, some huskiness and a nutty aftertaste.
Not bad for a light beer all around, but it is what it is.
