Had this @firkin fest (here) in Feb 06) Poured caramel with a massive off-white head. Great lacing and head retention
Smell: huge frutiness
Taste: Caramel & tofffee. Dryness with a slight sour/leather taste, yum
MF: Great blance & slight prickliness
Very quaffable, maybe a little off syle, but one of the best beers at this fest

This was offered for Ben Franklin's 300th birthday, yet they still had some a week later. Not sure how long they'll have it, but I heard the same recipe was used other places.
Good looking beer. Dark brown, smooth, medium head that laced.
Smell was a bit malty, some citrus, nothing overpowering.
Taste was roasted malt. Little citrus, little hops, little aftertaste. Could be mistaken for a Lager. A nice flavor, slight aftertaste, very easy to drink.
I hope they re-release this next year
