A very clean English style ale with nice dry, dark chocolate notes with and easy and balanced finish. Served "Denver Cask" style with lower carbonation and at cask temperature.

Dark brown body with a thin yet dense and creamy head. Notes of brown malts and vanilla in the aroma. Light cocoa flavor with nicely balanced bitterness; not too sweet. Medium-light body; soft and warm on the palate.
This was a very enjoyable cask ale, rich and tasty and very sessionable with its 3.0% ABV.

Pretty dark brown color with a one inch tan head.
Roasted malt aroma.
Dark chocolate taste. Subdued.
Very smooth and drinkable. Quite flavorful for a 3% ABV beer.
