Boy, were we juiced to put the Juicer to the beet juice test with this one. We added 5 gallons of freshly juiced beet juice to this kettle soured Berliner Weisse giving it a neon pink hue.

On-tap at Wynkoop Brewing Company, Denver, CO
A: The beer is crystal clear light cherry red in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short pink head that left a narrow collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of beets and cherries are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and is mostly dominated by flavors of beet juice, which has some sweetness and hints of cherries. There are small hints of lactobacillus.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This isn't your typical Berliner Weisse and is packed with lots of flavors of beet juice.
