AAL that is supposedly a pale ale. Nope. Nope in the aroma too, you need hops.
Taste was watery, bland, search for a grainy aspect of it. No reason to check out or revisit. Has no reason to exist.

Here's a very light sessionable beer that also pairs well with many of the dishes on Wynkoop's menu. It's lighter than most APAs, but if you're in the mood for that style, this will do you just fine.

Served on-draught into a 5 oz taster glass at Wynkoop. Cost was $1.00. Reviewed from notes.
A: Pours a beige floater; no real head here. No yeast particles are visible. No bubble show. Body colour is a clear yellow.
Sm: Pale malts, straw, clean barley. A mild strength aroma.
T: Pale malts, straw, indistinct hops (with slight oily character), and clean barley forming the simple foundation. Quite simple and boring, but pleasant to drink. Not at all subtle. Decently balanced and built. No alcohol or yeast comes through.
Mf: Smooth and wet, with a fizzy smooth finish that lightly evokes a buttery quality. Adequately carbonated. Suits the flavour profile okay. Doesn't feel custom tailored to it.
Dr: Drinkable but boring. Unremarkable for the style. A nice low ABV beer, but nothing to write home about. Definitely not Wynkoop's best offering. Good value.

Wait, this is classified as a pale ale? Oh jeez, my score should be even lower then. I thought it was a light adjunct type lager meant to mimic Coors Light, so I was gonna cut it some slack, but then see its supposed to be a pale ale? In the words of Ron Simmons: DAMN!
Kind of a cloudier straw yellow appearance, flimsy dull white head that disappears like America's fiscal credibility: quickly. Mild grain taste, really just pretty boring and bland, nothing in the way of discernable hops up in this. It is similar to Coors Light but with less carbonation. I don't even know if Ice Cube would subject himself to further ridicule for this stuff.
This beer just smacked of what Wynkoop breaks out for people who don't like beer. I found their beers to be otherwise decent.

this is wynkoop's light beer for the weenies that come in. pours a slightly cloudy pale pale yellow color with an average white head. smells way bigger and more malty than it looks, english style. flavor is fairly malty as well, and has an whole lot more taste than any commercial light brew, but the balance is off for me. feel is alright, bubbly and night too too light on the body. again the malts kinf of thicken this one up a little bit, but there is a funny floury sort of aftertaste that just doesnt sit right. overall better than your adjunct products, but dont waste your time with this one down at wyknoop.

A: clear amber gold color with a thin white head.
S: light sweet malt, not much else
T: sweet malts and some peach perhaps up front but finishes with a bitter and dry earthy note.
M: light bodied and moderate carbonation.
Overall: There are some redeeming flavors in this one but overall one of the least appealing brews from this brewery.

First had: on tap at their brewpub
Poured a clear amber with a small white head that receded further to a ringlet. Good balance of sweet malts and leafy hops in the aroma. Simple and basic taste, sweet malts, caramel, leafy and floral hops, used in moderation. Medium mouthfeel, ends a little bitter, but overall quite drinkable.

I like it when beer is transportation themed. However, like Denver's actual light rail system, this beer is relatively boring and not user friendly.
It's a clear straw color with a tiny white head. Looks lager-ish. Nose is gentle Euro-hops. Slightly barny.
Taste has mild pilsner qualities. Cereal grains, hay, light saaz hops.
Mouthfeel and drinkability are both average.

Pours a very nice amber color, with good lacing but almost no head. Nice scent, slightly floral from the hops, but like most of their brews, not very strong. good taste, nice and crisp, with a nice hoppy undertone. Great finish, very smooth, an excellent session beer.
