This beer was brewed strictly for selfish reasons as our brew team loves a malty lager. Packed with Vienna malt and Tettnang hops from Germany, this beer is fermented with yeast from one of Munich's oldest breweries. We let it lager for five weeks before tapping, allowing all those ingredients to create little triangles of flavor compounds and a refreshingly smooth, rich finish.
