new one at wynkoop brewer for create denver week. features yeasts from 6 or 7 local breweries, which is really cool. the beer is described as an extra pale ale, it pours very light wasshed out yellow in color, almost clear, with a one inch white head that lasts. smells like wheat and lighter pale malts with some bittering hops, as well as a very aromatic ale yeast profile. interesting. flavor is pretty good, refreshing and very crisp, some mild spice from the yeast, some fruity notes too. faint hops only. this could be much better with more aggressive hopping. feel is nice though, down easy with good carbonation and a lighter medium body. a great early summer drink for a great cause. check this one out while its around.
