Bottle conditioned (unfiltered). Almost black. Opaque with an ever decreasing dense tan head.
Dark chocolate and spice aroma. Some citrus notes. Prunes and raisins.
The spice hits immediately. Tastes of Christmas. Earthy malts and stoned fruits. Peppery.
Not as viscous as expected. Smooth.
