20oz pint at the Century Park location. An apparent hoppy red wheat ale, made in collaboration with the titular Calgary-based clothing company - so, great name, then, I suppose.

This beer appears a clear, medium bronzed amber colour, with one skinny finger of wispy and bubbly off-white head, which leaves a few instances of ocean plume lace around the glass as things quickly abate.

It smells of semi-sweet, bready and biscuity caramel malt, gritty toffee candies, an indistinct pome and citrus fruitiness, some mild ashy notes, and a weak leafy, earthy, and piney green hoppiness. The taste is sweet bready and pastry-like caramel malt, grainy toffee, a red berry-forward fruity character, ethereal domestic citrus rind, and more tame leafy, weedy, and musty floral verdant hops.

The carbonation is fairly active in its robust frothiness, the body a solid middleweight, and mostly smooth, with a minor airy creaminess creeping in as things warm up a bit. It finishes well off-dry, the big biscuity malt ruling the roost.

Overall, this is a decent malty brew, with both the Bavaria hops and wheat malt components playing second fiddle to the big Alberta barley beast. A commendable charitable effort, in that a portion of each sale will be donated to the Comrie Sports Equipment Bank.
