This beer arrives to the patio table, and appears a clear medium straw colour, with one finger of soapy white head, which leaves a small amount of lace as it disappears. It smells of crisp white cracker grain, and some Brewsters yeast. The taste is sweet bready white grain, yeast, and earthy noble hops. The carbonation is moderate, the body nice and light, and it finishes zingy, dry, and crisp. A nice refreshing pint for a sweltering summer evening.

Golden coloured with a wisp of off white head. Some lacing, but not much.
Aroma is quite malty, with just a hint of berry-like fruitiness.
Light flavoured, but malty, with a mouth filling sweet breadiness. Finishes with a clean grain flavour.
Light bodied, but fills the mouth and never seems watery. Medium carbonation with a soft feel to it.
This is a great summer beer, too bad I waited untill the last week of summer to try it.
