The 2024 version of this seems different. It's actually rather hoppy with a distinct leafy green taste and a moderate bitter finish. The strawberry is more evident as it warms, but this is not a sweet fruity concoction. It tastes more like a Pilsner with a dose of berries, including the stems. The mouthfeel is pleasant, spritzy, and light bodied. This is really quite quaffable and the strawberry flavor is genuine. Overall this is a more austere and hoppy brew that for some reason had an encounter with the berry patch. From the 12 oz can purchased at the brewery restaurant. Dated Aug 23, 2024.

Thanks to Sara and Chris for grabbing this for me. 12oz can (no date) poured into 16oz tulip. Poured a bright, clean, clear gold color with 1/4 inch of white head that had quick to moderate retention and no lacing.
Nice earthy grains showed through in the nose, topped up with a soft touch of strawberry.
On the tongue though, the strawberry was dominant, with the grains pushed to the background. No real hop presence.
The body was typical for a Blonde; light-medium, smooth, and with a semi-sweet finish.
Drinkability was pretty nice, I could see draining these by the Nooksack River on a Summer day.
Overall, a pretty nice little brew, worth a shot if you see it.
