Clear dark brown brew with dark beige foam in the snifter. The very nice aroma is grainy and roasted with something fruity in the nose. Lush and spritzy on the tongue with a refreshing and even watery body. Starts with a slightly sweet touch and an apple flavor along with the burnt malt. Not overly charred and the slight sweetness remains to the finish in the usual Porter style. Taste is rich and dark with plenty of the roasted malt. Overall this is a better than average Porter. From the 12 oz can purchased at the brewery restaurant. Dated June 21, 2024 but taste plenty fresh.
