Phaze 9 is a bright IPA that showcases two Neomexicanus hop varieties – Sabro and Zappa. While most of the commercially available hops originate from European genetics, Neomexicanus hops evolved over millennia in the mountains of New Mexico. Flavors include tropical fruit, creamy coconut and an herbal spiciness.
