I acquired this from one of my wife's coworkers with a few other fo the bottles from Mandrin.
This was poured into a pint glass. It is very well carbonated and presented with a two finger cream colored head. It pours out a golden color but fades to a hint of a good hefe. After cracking the top a note of honey (duh, its miel) escapes, and really hits the nose as you rase the glass to take the first sip. This brew has a sweetness that has to come from the honey, and an earthiness from the malts. The cabonation adds to a bubbly mouthfeel. It goes down very easy, and if you can get your hands on them they would be great to sip on a summer afternoon. The only issue I had was only having one.
