This beer is produced with breton whisky malt.
It is straw-coloured, with a head that last for about 3 seconds, and then disappears, lefting no trace.
The smell is iniatially wood, peat, and apple, then, some lighter spicy notes (coriander and pepper).
The taste is essentially similar to the smell, with some more peated/smoked notes, dued to the whisky malt.
Light body, aftertaste that left some esagerated fizzy. Beside that, it is quite good, with some spicy note (cloves?), unripe apple, and a lightly astringent finish.
A good result for a "experimental" beer like this blanche with whisky malt.
