The Cream Ale one of the seasonal specials, it was served in a 16 0z modified pilsner-hefe hybrid glass.
The beer is a hazy dark straw with a dense bone white head. Nice lacing.
It has an aroma of grains, slightly herbal hops and plum.
The taste is slightly sweet with malts and crackers. Mildly hopped which adds a combo of floral and light citrus notes.
The beer is crisp which helps overcome a bit of a thin mouth.
It was 97 when I had this one and it hit the spot. Not really complex or geeky, but it is pretty solid.
