Barefoot Wit was the summer seasonal offering. It is served in a 13 oz pilsner glass. The beer is a cloudy yellow with a skim of white foam.
It has a fresh nose of coriander and lemon peel. The taste is a nice combo of spices (coriander, white pepper), bready malts, and some orange peel. Seems like a nice stab at the style. The mouth is slick and slightly coating.
It was easy enough to drink in the heat.
