O-tap at the restaurant after the golf show. Served in a pint glass.
Appearance is a dark walnut color, with a creamy beige head.
Smell is a light malt aroma with a little citrus sent.
Taste is good. A caramel malt flavor with a grapefruit bitterness on the finish.
Mouthfeel is smooth and silky with a slightly cloying character.
A malty not overly hoppy DIPA. ABV in the 8 range. Drinkable.
