Exotic flavors of grapefruit peel, pink peppercorn and kosher salt give a citrusy, tart flavor with a slight spiciness. Refreshing and salty.

12oz. pour at Farmhouse Tap and Grill in Burlington, VT.
A= Light amber tint to an otherwise golden beer. Thin white head that settles to ring around the glass.
S= Light aroma, a bit of tartness.
T= Crisp and light tartness with background salinity. Salt is briny ocean flavored.
M= Light body with active carbonation.
O= Clean flavors, crisp, very easy to drink, seems like it meets the characteristics of the german style. Not big bold and new, but no faults.
