Had this at the brewery in the tasting room after a tour.
Appearance: very dark with some red coming through
Aroma: boozy, but chocolatey and coffee. None of the expected spice of the rye on the nose but...
Taste: Rye comes through in the taste. Some whiskey, but chocolate and coffee comes through the taste as well
Mouthfeel: Kind of creamy, really smooth, nice carbonation
Overall: Pretty tasty, but also a little too much whiskey for my liking. Despite that, I'd be willing to get used to it if I could get my hands on it.
