Was highly recommended this brew from my favorite beer store Beer Here. The owners exact words were you need to try this. Well, Galaxy is my favorite hop so I knew I was in

A- hazy hazy New England golden look with minimal head of lacing. White layers of foam fade along the edges. Stellar look that completely represents the style

S- zing! An absolute blast of that Australian beauty galaxy forces itself to the forefront. Strong tropical fruit, pineapple, and citrus zest follow. I will say there is a small boozy scent at the exit that is present as well. Overall impressive from team Saranac

T- wow. Did Saranac just give allow me to try their best tasting beer ever? Hoppy tropical galaxy flavor that is over powering and flipping delicious. Solid pineapple and pungent starfruit dominate while still allowing a stinging citric spear into the tongue. Best taste profile from these guys ever

M- good carbonation. Tingling fruit Coates the tongue. Only downfall is a lil watery on exit

O- Saranac you finally made a heady topper beer. This is what I wanted legacy to be four years ago. Great work and make this year round

Came in a goblet a dull medium golden with a well defined white head atop that never really settles.Big tropical fruit and floral notes in the nose, there is some sharp sweet alcohol as well but the hops win out in a big way.The flavors are more alcoholic and sweet but the big tropical and citric hops are large and in charge as well, the hops over top of a sweetish malt base and sweet alcohol makes for a well balanced palate. It's bordering too sweet but I love the fruity hop profile, well done by Saranac here.
