Light golden and hazy with an offwhite head, this brew looks decent. Grassy euro Noble hop nose, maybe slight lemon..not bad here. Lightly bitter with a lemon type opening and a toasted bready finish. Decently carbonated and on the medium side of thin, this ain’t too bad. Fits the bill of a Kölsch

Poured a hazy straw hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was decent retention and lacing.
The smell featured a light lemon zest and herbal hop.
The taste was bright with a dry lemon flavor, crackery malt and neat herbal hop.
The mouthfeel was clean and finished dry.
Overall a good summer offering.
