Purchased as part of a 12-beer variety pack (12oz cans) from Publix for $15.99. Poured into a pils glass.
L - Clear light amber with a two-finger sudsy pale-white head that dies down after a few minutes. Pretty good lacing.
S - Oyster cracker, white bread. Mildly floral.
T - Follows nose exactly. A pronounced honey note throughout. Well-balanced. Slightly herbal. Dry finish.
F - Light-medium in body, with plenty of carbonation. Dry. Clean. Super drinkable.
O - A delicate - yet simple play on a classic. Much like Honeycomb cereal, you can tell there's a touch of honey there - but it's dominated by the grains involved. Pretty solid, especially as a summer brew. I'd probably get a six-pack of this for the garage fridge. Worth a try.

My beverage center just got a variety pack of Saranac in that has these in there. I have never seen these before, so I decided to give it a try!
L: Pours a clear golden with a 1 finger, fizzy, white head that dissipates quickly into a small white ring. Little to no lacing to be found.
S: Biscuits, lightly sweet malt and floral hops are on the nose. No honey detected by the nose, but the smell is pleasant.
T: Biscuits, lightly sweet malt and mild floral honey to start, then mildly earthy and floral hops come in to cleanse the palate. This is very well balanced and not too sweet for the style. It works very well!
F: Light bodied, moderate carbonation, crisp and clean. No stickiness at all, even with the honey!
O: The lack of lacing and the fizzy head is really the only detriment. The smell, flavor and feel of this beer is spot on! Excellent Pilsner overall!

Poured into a straight imperial pint glass: color is gold, transparent, head is bright white and presents 1 finger thick and then dissipates to thin top, limited lacing.
Smell is light sweet malt, limited pilsner malt character, no real honey other than lingering sweetness.
Taste is similar with sweet forward flavor, bread, biscuit, limited pilsner character and light honey sweetness; earthy malt.
Mouthfeel is low carbonation, moderate sweetness, low bitterness.
Overall a sweeter pilsner style though limited in pilsner malt character, more sweet malt and toast.

Pours clear, gold in color with one inch head. Taste is muted pilsner malt, grass, and honey. Light bodied, moderate high carbonation, slightly bitter. A m'eh pilsner. Hits all the marks but no honey. A pass in the fall pack.

Pale yellow with a 1" white head, which lasts. Light lacing.
Aroma is a bit muted. Bread & grass. No noticeable honey.
Taste is light clover honey, biscuit malt.
Thin body, moderate carbonation. Dry finish.
For a pilsner, it's pretty decent.
