33 cl bottle, poured into a short Kronenbourg taster, in Toulouse, FR.
Happy foam beams up over hazy unfiltered brew.
Nose starts dank, evolves into hop pleasantry, with an equally malty counterpoint.
Although this is called ‘bitter bitter’, it’s composition, at 38 IBU, is leashed to the malt. Citrusy.,., adjunked with sugar puts reigns on the hop profile.,
Mouth and carbonation are both on the medium scale.
Overall, a nice enough crushable summer ale that needs a pizza slice to get its full potential going.,.
