I picked this one up while I was in Paris. Poured into a Champagne flute.
Appearance: Pours a cloudy yellow with two fingers of fluffy white head that fades to a ring around the glass.
Smell: Wheat malt with a mildly tart citrus note. Just a bit sweet from the malt with some yeast spice in the mix too.
Taste: This is a very light and crisp beer. Less citrus than in the smell. Mild herbs and some banana. There is a light bitterness in the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium body with tingly and smooth carbonation and a dry finish.
Overall: This is a nice light wheat beer. I wished the flavor was a bit fuller, but I still enjoyed it.
