Intense dark color with a short brownish head. The smell is of caramel and roasted coffee with hints of dark chocolate bitterness. The taste is definitely of dry coffee beans with caramel; a sweeter and more refreshing iodated citrus aspect appears and spices the beer up. Chocolate bitterness in the end. Mouthfeel is very smooth and creamy, quite thick. Hops remain on the palate and give the beer a chewy aftertaste. Interesting.
