My bottle says "Weizen" instead of "Weiss," but I assume this is the same beer.
Appearance: Very pale, slighly yeast-hazed sunny wheat field yellow. Head is soft, airy, and white with good retention.
Smell: Vinous and crisp, with notes of white wine, lemonade, ripe bananas and faint clove. Some bright mint-like notes are detectable as well, and sweet bubblegum develops as it warms. A floral hop profile provides more spice than the yeast, which is odd for the style, but not bad.
Taste: Tangy and very bready, mild and fairly plain. Light banana-pineapple flavor darts across the background randomly, leaving a pleasant spice that lingers quietly after a surprisngly sharp, dry swallow. Musty clove notes appear at times.
Mouthfeel: Satiny smooth and airy with a sticky thickness that erases itself almost entirely in the finish. Nice.
Drinkability: Eh... it could be worse, but it could be a lot better. Leaves me craving a better, rounder, more flavorful Hefe.

Very pale color, almost no head. The smell is fruity and yeasty, not overly sweet. The taste is nicely sweet with a strong note of ginger. Hoppiness is deeper than in other weissbiers; noticeable and quite herbal. The traditional banana aspect only came after a few sips. Citrus, mostly lemon and grapefruit, is fairly noticeable too. The mouthfeel is maybe a bit weak, but the beer's quite drinkable.
