From a beer sampler at the brewery.
Fairly strong resiny, piney hop aroma. Aroma really stood out compared to other beers in the sampler. Golden, almost orange color. Good clarity with fine carbonation coming up through the glass. Ring of off-white head with some lacing.
Rich, resiny hop flavor up front with a good amount of bitterness. A bit lacking in malt backbone to compensate for high hopping level, but a fine tasting beer nonetheless. A bit astringent, probably from high hop rate.
Medium-bodied, fairly high carbonation (probably lightens impression of body a bit). Despite lack of maltiness, resiny hops compensate to give a rich mouthfeel. Somewhat dry, astringent finish.

This beer pours a clear golden yellow color with a thin white head. The head fades slowly, leaving a decent lacing.
This beer has a nice mild piney aroma. I can smell some nice citrus notes. A slight grassy hop aroma is present as well. The aroma is quite subtle.
As with the aroma, the flavor of this one is subtle. Piney hops up fromt. It has a nice floral flavor. Some citrus and grassy flavors are also presnet.
This beer is crisp and refreshing. It goes down smooth, leaving a slightly piney aftertaste.
This beer would probably make a good session beer. It has a very mild flavor. It is just a little high in alcohol, so beware.
Overall: This beer was good. It was nothing spectacular, but it was a good solid offering. I will buy it again when I am in town.

Slightly cloudy and golden in color, the IPA has a nice one finger head. Quite pleased with the hop aroma: very California Cascade and Crystal hops breathe out a nice piney, floral bouquet. The flavor is all hops with a slight malt underkick. Well balanced and full off character with a light sweetness in the finish.
A fine beer, if ever in Fresno its worth swinging by for this beer alone.

This is one of the finest beers I have ever had. The color of this beer is a rich amber color, and the head on this beer was just about perfect. It also left a nice lace all the way down the glass.
The smell was a nice floral smell with a strong hop scent. The taste was great!!! A nice hoppy beer with a nice malty balance. There is a lot of flavors here and this is a beer that you can drink a bunch of and never get tired of it. The mouthfeel is nice, I would like it to be a little thinker, but nothing to complain about.
All in all a great beer and currently my number 1 beer. If you near a Sequoia, stop in and have one. You won't be disappointed!
