From tap in Visalia at their tap house. Great starting flavor, and since we had just come through flowering orange groves here, I can definitely pick up the orange Blossom!

Tried as part of a sampler at the brewery.

Description said unfiltered but it was only slightly cloudy, almost a clear golden amber color. Smell was somewhat fruity with just a faint coriander hint. The flavor starts slightly citrusey (lemon) but becomes muted towards the middle. The finish is a little dry and short lived.

Medium body, alcohol was not very noticeable. Overall not outstanding but would be good on a summer day.

From a sample glass at the brewery.

Described as a Honey Wheat ale on the menu but seemed much more like a light witbier with added fruit. The description also indicated that the beer was unfiltered, but my beer was fairly clear, much clearer than a sample picture on the menu. Perhaps this had been sitting in the tank for a while?

Appearance was slightly cloudy, but had good clarity for an unfiltered wheat beer. Fine white head that receded to a ring around the glass fairly quickly.

Light aroma seemed to be reminiscent of witbier (coriander, bitter orange peel) with the addition of some non-witbier fruity ester notes.

At first, tasted like a witbier with artificial fruit flavor notes, possibly from high level of esters from fermentation. Aside from the "Froot Loop" flavor notes, this tasted like a witbier that had been lagered for a while. Had some wit character, but was pretty light overall. Flavor was a bit strange for either a witbier or for an American wheat beer. I didn't really detect any honey, but it's possible it was the source of some of the fruit flavors.

Some astringency and bitterness in the finish. Prickly mouthfeel from high level of carbonation. Moderately light body.

Not horrible, but was a fairly unremarkable beer overall.
