Not sure if Sequoia will do a full scale brew. Was from a competition I judged in Nor Cal.
A - Pours gold, light carbonation, with 0 head.
S - Peach, honey, nectar, and coriander.
T - Peach, honey, with some earthtones.
M - Smooth, yet bitter, with a dry finish.
D - Refreshing at first glance, yet a little too dry for my taste. Could have been, but yet not too satisfying. Maybe from too much crystal malts?
