Pours a clear, light golden color. Pure white, thin head that dissipates quickly. A very distinct banana aroma. A medium-bodied mouthfeel. A mild flavor, but certainly a classic pilsner. Just dialed back a notch or two. It finishes a little more mild than your average pilsner. A good balance of sweet and bitter while avoiding offending the palates of those who would otherwise dislike pilsners. I like this one.
