On-tap at the brewpub. Pint glass.
A: Served a light yellow color with a finger of white head that quickly faded into a thin faint collar.
S: Nose is straight nectarine hops and not much else. Super citrus and juicy smelling.
T: Hops dominate with flavors of citrus and pine, but a pale malt backbone and crackery lager yeast poke through the dominating hops. The aftertaste is bitter and leafy.
M: Viscous wet body, heavy for a pilsner, with a very greasy hop resin mouthfeel. Low splashy carbonation.
O: Super freshly hopped pilsner. One dimensional and very ipa-like. Hard to tell it's not an ale. Pretty good.
