Nice biscuit finish but otherwise a little underwhelming.

One of my all time favourites!!! oh man oh man...this beer has a place in my heart...in SA i would buy a few 1.5 liter bottles at a time and everyone i drank just made me feel good, not drunk but the beutiful bitterness and the sweet hint in this beer is wonderful..this is one of those beers that memories get attached to...its clean crisp tasty delicous and honestly, i think a really well made beer. i am a bitter maniac so that helps alot, some people may think its a little thin but i think that it fits perfectly, a true session beer if there ever was one. my favourite of all the Mitchell Brews!

Appearance: honey color, no lace, small head.
Smell: cloves, sweet, honey, and fresh grassy hops
Taste: much of the same, distinct honey taste, with some grassiness in the background and a touch of spice.
Mouthfeel: aftertaste is very well balanced between sweetness and bitterness, very clean.
Drinkability: very enjoyable, sessionable. reminds me somehow a bit of a homebrew I made with honey and cascade.
