Had this one on tap at the Fort Worth Flying Saucer Fall beerfest.
The beer pours an amber color with a white head. The aroma is some biscuit malt and some grain, with not too much else. The flavor is toffee, bread and grapes. The beer tastes a lot like grapenuts breakfast cereal. Even with 9 percent ABV, you cannot really taste or smell the alcohol. If I didn't know better, I would have thought this was a regular 5-6 percent ABV Oktoberfest. Not a great beer, but better than the regular Oktoberfest from Rahr's.
