Nose is fresh cut grass, hints of melon, kind of musky.
Taste is earthy, kind of peppery, with some sweet citrus in the finish. Pretty unique, I have to keep sipping to identify all the flavors.
Clocking in at 9% ABV, but wouldn’t know it from the taste. Kind of sweet, just a hint of lingering hop bite in the finish. Silky smooth.

Nose is subtle and polite - light straw and peanut. Taste is explosive and spicy citrus with peppery bitterness. Fresh cedar on finish. Really interesting IPA.
